Steve was absolutely brilliant. My shower tap was unable to shut off completely so was running, and another dripping tap. Being new to Bunbury I was looking for a family business and came across Steve’s business online. I was able to receive a quote and book an appointment online, and was relieved that Steve could come out the following day (a Saturday between Christmas and New Year)!Steve was very nice and did a great job fixing the corroded taps and replacing others, he also advised on annother issue I was having with banging washing machine pipes and fixed that problem too! I couldn’t be happier - it is so nice to have an experienced plumber, who is friendly and actually cares about the job.I am planning a bathroom renovation and will have no hesitation in having Steve do the work.

He followed up all our questions in a very timely manner and his work was of the highest standards. His worksite was kept clean and tidy. He arranged his schedule so we always had a working toilet available. I have worked with many tradesmen and his standards and workmanship were better than most I had encountered.
