Paid for upgrade of meter box,they never updated the main switch ,we only found out when new air-conditioning was being installed. So we went out & bought a new switch & the air-con people installed it. The rest of the work your company did was great.

Smartfix Electrical are bloody awesome! I would highly recommend them to anyone.I needed a new set of power points and a data point installed very quickly as it would have held up my NBN fiber install. They had someone out the same day to arrange a quote, and the technician actually highlighted that the switchboard was in desperate need of an upgrade (it was very out-of-date).I did have some trepidation about the cost of a full upgrade however I was offered some very good pricing options to do part or all of the work. I then opted for the full upgrade as it would ultimately be better protection for the whole house and any electrical devices. We booked it in for the following week (about 4-5 days later).On the day, the team arrived on time (early morning) and the whole install was completed by about midday (which included them needing roof access). This included installation of 4 power points, a data point and an entire switchboard upgrade and earthing rod replacement. I honestly thought they'd take all day. They offered digital payment, and showed me through all of the work which was completed with absolute professionalism.Since then my NBN fiber install was completed and I have not had a single issue. So if I need any other work done in future I'll definitely be contacting these guys.

Very impressed with every aspect of this company. I was well informed when they would arrive, the tradesmen were lovely gave me a full rundown on what they were doing and why, not a speck of dust was left every thing cleaned up behind them.I will definitely use them in any future problems I may have. 12/10 boys

Smartfix spent two full days on our new house installing 90% of our lighting requirements.They arrived on time, very respectful to us and our house and offered advice throughout the whole process.They did an awesome job and cleaned up their mess as they went.I would definitely recommend Smartfix

The gas cooktop installers, Callum & Alex were fantastic. Callum worked diligently on the install even installing a non-required shut-off valve. The safety of whole gas delivery piping & equipments has been improved tremendously. Well done and thanks Callum & Alex.Value wise the purchase and installation of the gas cooktop is on the high side.

I was happy to be seen very quickly as my kitchen drains were blocked.I didn't realise that one person comes out to give you a quote and then they book the job for the tradesperson to do the job.(Luckily it was all done in a day) but they could have communicated this better.It took 30 mins @ $570- Inc the first guy that came out.but it left me with atleast 2hours of cleaning the mess that was left. Unfortunetly the valve was left on as the guy went out to turn the pump on from outside and the 6000psi pressure made a mess.I wasn't too concerned as I mentioned to the guy as it could be cleaned up (he felt terrible)...the issue was that it filled underneath my kitchen cabinets and I had to smash out our kickboards to make sure all that spew smelling slosh was all removed.....So now we have to replace them.

Always Efficient despite its rapid growth. But really the great thing about Smartfix and we have been with them ever since their start back in 2019 - 2020, and they have grown impressively large, yet the founder-owner Kane Smith is still, whilst having lots of staff, remains contactable and continue to look after his customers personally whenever there is a need for him to be involved. Congratulations Smartfix!

Long story short, we had to upgrade our electrical board at home. From the get go, the lady (sorry! forgot the name!) I spoke to over the phone at Smartfix in Bibra Lake was exceptionally polite and accommodating. We needed someone to come out asap to our place as we had no electricity and have a family of 6. The lady said she’ll see if a technician could come on their way to work or something like that. The point is, she was trying to accommodate the fact we needed someone urgently. When Grant arrived on site to provide a quote, he was extremely professional and clear in what he had to say. I understood - as an electrical layman - exactly what he was saying and why he recommended an upgrade rather than repair. Later that day Ryan arrived to complete the work. My wife called me to tell me how awesome Ryan was. Professional, polite etc. We are immensely happy with the service and product. This in no way is a paid review. I believe Smartfix deserve this post and hence have no issues with providing the time to write it.
