Very expensive and over priced, just to drain the pipe with hot water and tighten the existing pipes you charge $300 will go to an another business next time.

We've used this service regularly for years but after leaving us waiting for a whole day had them walk off the job because they couldn't work it out. Another company came in and finished the whole thing straight up. We'll never use this company again.

I'm very happy with these guys, they installed a new hot water system a few hours after I called. I was very relieved to get the hot water that night as the weather has been very cold and i called other businesses who were all busy. Got a reasonable price and friendly guy

The guy was very rude. I called and asked for a quote for a new toilet and explained that the cistern isn't working and the seal had gone. He asked if I had another quote. He then wanted to know how much the quote was. I said I would like to get his price 1st. He said nah...and hung up the phone. I called back and he wouldn't answer. Completely unprofessional and rude when asking for a simple quote. Wouldn't recommend
